We’re happy when you’re happy, and we proudly stand behind our letter board products. If you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This includes an intact letter set.

Maybe you changed your mind about the felt color or letter board size? We can easily exchange your new and unused order within 14 days of delivery for any other product of your choosing! Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to email@example.com with your original order number and we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Shipping charges for the original and exchanged boards delivered to you will not be refunded.
As all our items are going trough careful quality check before delivering to you, every board should be in perfect condition. However there might be times when something gets damaged while delivering so in any case of exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We love shipping our boards to The Letter Tribe members all around the world. Because of the costs associated with shipping our boards internationally, all international orders are final sale. Many countries collect customs/duties for international purchases, so please review your country’s international customs policies as we are unaware and are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees.
